- Payment is due upfront after discussion of the work being requested. The artist will provide an invoice including details of what is being requested as well as pricing. Returning clients may communicate with the artist to request a 50/50 payment plan if desired. The commission will not start being worked on until the invoice is paid in full.- The artist accepts payment via Paypal or Kofi. Digital payment or exposure is not an accepted payment.- In certain situations some complex designs, such as Mecha, will be charged extra depending on the complexity of the peice.- In the event the Artist or Client requests the commission be canceled before work has started, the client will get a full refund. However, if the artwork already has substantial progress, the client will be refunded appropriately.- Commercial use of the artwork is not allowed unless discussed beforehand with the artist. When agreed upon, the client must pay 20% more of the original pricing and receive written consent to use the artwork commercially. Unauthorized use of the artist's work is prohibited.- The artist has the right to refuse any commission.- The client is allowed five revisions in the final stages of the commission, if that amount is exceeded the artist reserves the right to charge additional costs. These revisions include minor and major adjustments in color, composition, and other aspects of the artwork.- Unless stated otherwise by the client, the artist is allowed to use the artwork to promote themselves and post the work on their social media.- The product will be digitally produced and distributed. If additional changes to the artwork are requested after the final product is finished additional charges may be applied. The Process- Depending on the work, I will be sending you one or multiple sketches to seek approval and make adjustments to your liking. In the planning process of the commission, you will not have to worry about a revision limit but if it gets excessive I have the right to cancel your order.- Commissions will usually take me around 2 weeks to a month to be completed depending on the artwork and my own schedule. I will be giving you an estimated time of completion as well as updates on the status of the work. You can request a date for the work to be completed. However, if the date requested is under a week away a rush fee will be applied.- The client has the right to ask for progress updates periodically during the commission process. However, be aware the artist will be sending screenshots of the work's progress when significant changes in the work have been made. Requesting updates is fine, but be aware I am a human being with other things to attend to. Harassment will not be tolerated.
